"We found the apartment suited our every need.  Firstly, it is well sited close to restaurants, shopping, local and tourist bus stops and attractions which included two Gaudi houses.  Security is good with a very helpful doorman and there is vehicle parking in the street outside.  It is on the first floor with an elevator available.
The apartment itself is very well appointed with several sleeping options, a very well equipped kitchen, dining room, two modern bathrooms and stylish, comfortable furniture. There are also laundry facilities, including washing powder. The apartment has lots of extras provided which ensured us a very comfortable and relaxed stay. Ignacio greeted us and provided very helpful tourist information, including which neighbouring restaurants were the best. We have already recommended this apartment to friends travelling to Barcelona and would certainly stay there again the next time we are in this beautiful and exciting city."

"My husband and I stayed here in early April with our son (age 11).  The location is ideal if you want to be right in the centre of things - only 2 minute walk to the Placa Catalunya and lots of shops, bars and restaurants on your doorstep.  Very handy for the metro as well as the bus and taxi stance.
The apartment itself was absolutely stunning, finished to a very high standard and spotlessly clean.  Perfect for a family break including a fully equipped kitchen, dvd player and plenty of space if you want to spend time indoors.  A welcome retreat after 3 visits in two days to the Nou Camp with your 11 year old!  And the balcony is great place to stand and watch the hustle and bustle of Barcelona below.
I'd definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in Barcelona, in fact we've already told many of our friends about it.  Hopefully it won't be too long before we visit again."

"We had a lovely relaxing stay in this apartment. The facilities were excellent and we were made most welcome on arrival by Ignacio and his wife. The apartment could not be better situated, its right at the heart of the shopping, sightseeing, and restaurants. A short walk (2 or 3 minutes) from Placa Catalunya and then easy access to the tourist bus, las ramblas and the marina. As we have children we went to the zoo and aquarium which were both worth the money. We ate out a lot - there were lots of restaurants within a few yards of the apartment but the kitchen was well stocked with equipment when we did eat in. Although the apartment wasnt on the ground floor, there is a lift so this neednt put anyone off. All in all, a super week's break from the grind. We had not been to Spain before, but will certainly be visiting again!"

"This apartment was excellent,even more than what we had hoped for. First of all, the location is perfect, on the same elegant and safe street as excellent shopping, restaurants, and the famous Gaudi buildings.  Furthermore, the apartment is very large. We are a family of 5, and the 3 bedrooms were perfect for us. We decided on this apartment as opposed to a hotel, because we had heard it was difficult to get adjoining rooms for us and our kids in Barcelona hotels. This apartment had an eat-in kitchen with a washer and dryer, a large separate dining room,plus a huge livingroom with a flat screen tv. The balconies gave you an opportunity to enjoy the ambience of Barcelona after a long touring day. We greatly appreciated the ability to buy or prepare breakfast for our kids and to relax in the morning. The apartment was presented to us in a very clean and orderly state. We were so thankful for the additional help given to us by our host, who was there exactly when we arrived; gave us great restaurant and touring suggestions; and helped us pack up our car and leave when it was time to go. This hospitality greatly increased our enjoyment of this fantastic city, and I was sad to leave this amazing apartment which gave us a feeling of home on a long journey ."

We stayed in the three bedroom apartment with our four young children and we all loved it! The apartment is extremely clean and spacious, we had plenty of room to stretch out and relax when we got back from our adventures. The location is fantastic, very safe, very close to Ramblas, lots of good restaurants nearby and was very convenient to have the underground right out the front door! There is also a very big supermarket nearby for any food you might need during your stay.
Ignacio was very welcoming and helpful and there were lots of interesting guides/maps which helped us to plan our outings. We would definitely like to stay again in the future.
